Raffles Education Corporation Limited 萊佛士教育有限公司 has made special arrangements with UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd to facilitate the trading of odd lots of Consolidated Shares. During the Effective Period (0900 29/03/11 - 1700 29/04/11), UOBKH have agreed to reduce their minimum brokerage fees for trades of Consolidated Shares on the Odd Lot Counter to S$10 (excluding goods and services tax and SGX-ST clearing and access fees) for each contract. This reduced minimum brokerage fees of S$10 will apply to trades of up to 999 Consolidated Shares during the Effective Period, whether on the Odd Lot Counter or the Unit Share Counter, provided that the number of Consolidated Shares traded in any one contract does not exceed 999.

Shareholders who intend to use UOBKH to facilitate the trading of odd lots of Consolidated Shares should note that if they do not have an existing account with UOBKH, they must apply to open such an account by CONTACTING US HERE. The approval for all account opening applications will be subject to the Brokers' standard approval criteria and procedures, and the Brokers have the discretion to reject any such application without providing reasons.
